　　自幼生长在贵州山区的美院学生康凯（徐海乔 饰），利用假期带着同学利彦（刘政 饰）、王之（王洁曦 饰）、珠世（龙雨 饰）、美弥（阳蕾 饰）和新冬（蒋松 饰）回老家，以考察山上岩洞内新石器时期的壁画。瘴气轻锁的山道，一桩车祸惨剧令康凯他们的心头蒙上愁云，似乎预示了他们接下来的恐怖行程。落雨之夜，年轻人们来到康凯家落脚，王之突发高烧，卧床不起。次日，众人留下生病的王之出发寻找岩洞，结果洞中的棺材和毒蛇、蝎子等令年轻人大受惊吓。然而更恐怖的还在后面，康凯等人躲雨时跑进一间木屋，却在那里目击了王之鲜血淋漓的尸体。

With Glasnost and the end of communist rule, the West also learned of the (unsurprising) fact that there were serial killers in Russia too – the most notorious case probably that of Andrei Chikatilo, nicknamed the Rostov Ripper, or the Russian Hannibal Lecter.
